Blue Smoothie (Holiday smoothie)
1 cup of Fresh or frozen blueberry
1/2 cup strawberry and raspberries
1 cup of planed Yoghurt
3/4 Cup of milk
2 tablespoon of white sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
some raw walnuts
a little nutmeg
mix all of your component in blender for 1 or 2 min.
