Green Smoothie is great for alkalising your system. this healthy beverage packed with vitamins fibre and minerals. Green smoothie is , refreshing,tasty, delicious and fast.
1 cup fresh pineapple or pineapple juice
a small handful of each: parsley, cilantro, watercress or spinach
some fresh ginger
1/2 cup water or pineapple juice (if you want it more sweet add juice )
some fresh lemon juice
Blend till liquefied and green, approximately.
Drink and enjoy
