Protein Smoothie

2 teaspoon  psyllium
1 cup of planned yoghurt
1 cup mix of blueberry, raspberries  or strawberry (Optional)
1 banana
1-2 ِDL water (Optional)
1cm fresh ginger
a few prunus (green colour) (if u have)
a little fresh lemon juice
also you can add some protein powder with vanilla essence 

blend all of your component for 1-2 minutes and enjoy
